My Project

I have been teaching math for over 20 years at one of the most diverse schools in Colorado with more than 800 students in our ELS program and over 60 languages spoken. It is an amazing school with incredible students who do not always have the supplies they need to be successful in the classroom and I want to help them be as prepared as they can be! I want to help my language learners navigate a new school in a new country with a new language with visual representations and highlighters to color code their instruction. I don't want students to feel like they are not a part of the classroom when they do not have what they need to be successful. I want to take a few worries away by them having things they need.
