Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a bright and creative bunch who love engaging and hands on activities. Our school, as well as most of the children are located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. My students come from diverse cultures and economic backgrounds. These students not only learn from their teachers, but they learn from each other. Being able to provide lessons, activities, projects and homework that engage ALL students is vital in helping students succeed. My students benefit from differentiation and engagement, and Teachers Pay Teachers helps provide us with various options for activities, homework, projects, etc. for EACH learner! Our class is constantly using resources from Teachers Pay Teachers, and the students find the resources interesting- and even make learning fun! This group of second graders are curious, eager, and hard working learners. By supporting this project you're helping me provide my students with the opportunity to be engaged in ALL lessons, and have each of their individual needs met. The students love the activities, games, projects and even homework we find on Teachers Pay Teachers, and we hope that we will continue to be able to use Teachers Pay Teachers materials with your help!
