My Project

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs states that we are motivated by different levels of needs. One important need is food/water, which essentially states that this is needed in order for a person to reach self-actualization. While going through the school day, students should not be concerned with being hungry, and more about learning and building their knowledge. Our lunchtime is relatively early in the day, so being able to provide students with a snack is essential. The snacks requested will be used so each student has a variety of choices for snack time each day. The items will boost student nutrition, increase their energy, and they are more efficient in problem-solving and comprehension.

Before students can learn, their basic needs should be met.

With the purchase of materials requested each student is guaranteed to get a snack each day.
