Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

To finish our clothing study in a creative way, I want my students to experience designing their own tie dye shirts. Not only will it be a great way to end the study but it will be an opportunity for observe and experiment the science of colors.

This project will also support my students with their patience and self-regulation plus learning about sharing their materials.

It will also build on their language when stating their observations of the mixing of colors!

Our classroom is a Preschool Collaborative Classroom, with students who have IEPs in a general education classroom. with students ranging from 2-5. Who are full of energy, excitement and curiosity. They are eager to learn and would love this wonderful creative learning experience.
