Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These books will allow students to take a little bit of the school year home with them with some of end of year book gifts. Every student deserves to have new book to take home with them and that can be treated with with love and care. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them the past few weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy reading at home. Additionally, as the school year continues, we still need to have resources like ink in order to print out materials for all classes. We don't always have the necessary workbooks or textbooks in our schools, so having ink helps provide us with the materials we need to support our students.
