This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I use ClassDojo to give out points to my students. They earn points throughout the year. The points can be used to purchase items in my classroom store each month. The points can be saved to use in the end-of-year class auction.

Our end-of-year class auction is a huge deal for my students and helps to extrinsically motivate even the least motivated students.

The students use their points to bid on fun or cool items, such as video games, books, plush toys, Lego kits, and more.

The students have suggestions for items to put in the store. This request is for the big-ticket items.
