Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items I am requesting—tape, paper, and scissors—will help students think outside the box and tap into their creativity. By limiting the materials they can use, students will be encouraged to problem-solve, experiment with different techniques, and push their artistic boundaries. This activity will challenge them to use their imagination in new ways while developing their fine motor skills and spatial awareness.

My goal for this project is to provide a fun and engaging end-of-year activity where students can create unique art models using only tape, paper, and scissors.

This challenge will not only foster teamwork and perseverance but also give them a chance to showcase their creativity in a meaningful way. What makes my students special is their love for challenges and their determination to always try their best. This project will allow them to apply those strengths while having fun and celebrating the end of the school year.
