Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Kindergarten class has learned so much and has grown by leaps and bounds! I want them to have a memorable and exciting end of the year celebration that lasts as long as the alphabet: 26 days!

We will be counting down the last 26 days of school with an ABC Countdown starting with A and celebrating all the way to Z!

I would love to celebrate the last 20-30 minutes of the day with something that they can eat, have fun with or a way to be creative. Some days don't need any materials, but these are the materials I am asking for on the following days:

B is for bubbles

C is for chalk

G is for glow party

H is for hat (I want the kids to decorate with puffy paint and take home)

I is for ice pops

J is for jump rope (I want the kids to take them home)

L is for lollipop

P is for popcorn

R is for rock and roll

S is for sunglasses

Y is for yee-haw! Dress like a cowboy or cowgirl (I want the kids to take the hats and bandanas home)
