My Project

Bulletins Bulletin boards are a great way to support mental health in the classroom or school environment. Posting uplifting messages, affirmations, and mental health resources on a bulletin board can help create a positive and supportive atmosphere. Allowing students to contribute to the bulletin board can also give them a sense of ownership and community.

Books

Providing access to books and literature that explore mental health themes, coping strategies, and social-emotional learning can be a valuable resource. We will be using the books to discuss healthy versus unhealthy coping skills .
