My Project

To keep our 3D printing materials in the best possible condition, we are asking for 6 airtight storage boxes. These airtight containers are important for keeping moisture out of our filament which will help the students' prints turn out perfectly!

Currently, our filament is stored on open shelves, in ziplock bags leading to frequent issues such as brittleness, inconsistent extrusion, and print failures.

These problems not only waste material but also disrupt the printing process.

Using airtight storage boxes will prevent these challenges by creating a controlled environment with minimal humidity. These airtight containers will help preserve filament quality creating consistent and reliable 3D printing results. Also, airtight containers will help reduce material waste by minimizing failed prints due to brittle filament. These airtight containers will also save time having to unclog the printer.

Airtight storage boxes, will enable the success of my students and the sustainability of our 3D printing program. These containers will provide long-term benefits for our STEM Lab.
