This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a previous floater teacher (A teacher with no classroom), I wasn't able to bring everything to the table for my students and that's something that disappointed me. It's difficult when borrowing one classroom to the other each period. I want to be able to decorate the classroom with helpful phrases, words, and images to immerse my students in everyday learning.

"¿En español?" A phrase I always use in the classroom to encourage them to answer in Spanish.

Usually always worked! Brave faces with shy smiles is something I always remember before they find the correct word to say.

These posters and books are to help my students to familiarize themselves with basic Spanish words/phrases and embed them into their Spanish vocabulary.
