This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a document camera and a wireless HDMI connector to enhance the learning experience in our classroom. The document camera will allow me to project worksheets, books, and student work onto the board, making it easier for students to follow along and engage with the material. The wireless HDMI connector will eliminate the need for cables, allowing me to move freely around the room while maintaining a clear and dynamic display.

With these tools, I can model writing strategies, demonstrate math problems, and showcase student work in real time.

This will help my students, many of whom struggle with writing and math concepts, to visually connect with the material and actively participate in lessons. These resources will create a more accessible and engaging learning environment, allowing my students to develop critical skills in reading, writing, and math. By providing clear visual examples and immediate feedback, I can better support their learning needs and build their confidence as independent learners.
