Empowering Student Entrepreneurs with Creative Supplies

Help me give my students more supplies, including blank tumblers, bags, resin, and other materials, to continue developing their entrepreneurial skills and creativity in the classroom.

My Project

I’m incredibly proud of my students and their resilience. They are working hard to overcome challenges in their lives and in the classroom, and their determination to learn and grow is truly inspiring. In our class, we run a business where students make and sell items as a way to learn about various aspects of business and develop life skills.

The materials requested—blank tumblers, bags, resin, and other supplies—will allow my students to create products for sale, giving them hands-on experience in entrepreneurship.

These items will help them practice essential skills like budgeting, marketing, teamwork, and problem-solving, all while boosting their confidence and sense of accomplishment.

My goal for this project is to provide my students with the tools they need to build life skills that are often difficult for them to master due to their past experiences. Many of my students have faced significant behavioral challenges and have been in and out of jail, which makes it even harder for them to develop these skills. By engaging in this business project, they will not only gain practical knowledge but also learn to trust their abilities and make positive strides toward a better future.

What makes my students special is their resilience and willingness to keep going despite the obstacles they’ve faced. With the right resources, they can learn the skills that will set them up for success both in business and in life.
