My Project

These tablets will be used in a shared special education inclusion room serving students from pre-K through fifth grade, shared with four special education teachers. Your donation will greatly aid students in need.

Our students are a resilient and enthusiastic group who inspire me daily with their unique perspectives and determination.

Each brings their own strengths and challenges, contributing to our dynamic, inclusive classroom. Their curiosity and willingness to learn push me to find innovative solutions to support their journey.

How the Requested Items Will Make a Difference:

The 13-inch Android tablets will provide accessible, interactive educational tools tailored to each student’s needs. These tablets will offer apps and programs designed for special education, enhancing engagement through interactive lessons, visual aids, and sensory experiences. They will enable personalized learning plans, allowing students to work at their own pace and focus on areas where they need the most support.

Goals for this tablet project:

1. Enhance Engagement: Use interactive, multimedia content to capture students’ attention.

2. Personalized Learning: Offer individualized instruction to meet each student’s unique needs.

3. Boost Confidence: Empower students with tools to achieve academic success and build independence.

4. Facilitate Skill Development: Strengthen skills such as reading, writing, math, and communication through targeted apps.

Our students are remarkable for their ability to overcome challenges and their drive to learn. Each has a unique story and set of abilities that make our community special. Providing the right tools, like these tablets, will unlock their potential and give them the opportunities to succeed academically and beyond.
