My Project

At Apollo-Ridge, the band is the largest and one of the most visible organizations in the school district, showcasing the talents and dedication of our students. This year, we are excited to perform a unique and diverse set of pieces, including "Tango Bells", "Santa the Barbarian", and "African Bell Carol"—pieces that demand an exciting range of rhythmic flair and exotic sound. To bring these works to life, we are seeking support for additional auxiliary percussion instruments, which will allow us to fully express the vibrant energy and intricate rhythms of these pieces.

The addition of high-quality auxiliary percussion instruments will not only enhance the overall performance of our band but also elevate the experience for both the musicians and our audience.

These instruments add layers of depth and style to the music, enabling us to capture the essence of each piece, from the lively tango-inspired rhythms of "Tango Bells" to the powerful beats of "Santa the Barbarian" and the rich, cultural sounds of "African Bell Carol".

Having access to the best instruments is more than just about improving our sound—it inspires our students to work harder and strive for excellence. When students see that their hard work is matched by the tools they are given, it boosts their confidence and pride in what they are accomplishing.
