Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Art supplies and fidget tools can play a significant role in improving the mental health of students by offering them healthy outlets for self-expression and emotional regulation.

Art allows students to process and communicate their feelings in a non-verbal way, helping them navigate complex emotions and experiences they may struggle to articulate.

The creative process can promote mindfulness, reduce anxiety, and foster a sense of accomplishment. Fidget tools, on the other hand, help students manage stress and maintain focus, especially for those with anxiety, ADHD, or trauma-related issues. By providing these coloring and workbooks, markers, stress balls, and more, we empower students to better understand and manage their emotions, ultimately supporting their emotional well-being and mental health.
