My Project

Your support will help give my students essential mental health resources, such as meditation mats and a mindfulness waterfall which will aid in, reducing anxiety, and promoting overall well-being. My goal for this project is to create a nurturing environment where students can develop healthy coping strategies, fostering resilience that translates into academic success. What makes all of my students special is their incredible diversity and strength; by addressing their mental health needs, we can empower them to thrive both personally and academically, ensuring they are equipped to face future challenges.
