My Project

Incorporating African-American books into the educational landscape for our Students is not just important; it's transformative. These books and stories become windows into a rich tapestry of history, resilience, and accomplishments through trials. They instill a profound sense of cultural pride and identity, as beacons illuminating the path to self-discovery and understanding. The presence of African-American literature is not just a representation, it's a cornerstone of empowerment. Having African-American literature ensures that EVERY STUDENT feels seen, valued, and equipped with the knowledge to navigate their unique cultural journey and identity.
