This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
This project has one goal, bringing new books into our nonfiction section in the library.
The nonfiction section of a library is something that is tricky to keep up to date due to new content coming out all the time. As a preschool-3rd grade school, I also have the added challenge of making sure that the books we bring into the library are at a reading level that works for all of our students. This projects has a variety of books that are newer content, high interest to our students, and will be a great addition to our space.
