My Project

As a dedicated middle school instructional math coach, my primary goal is to ensure that all of my students, particularly those who are struggling, receive the support they need to succeed. I'm seeking math and technology supplies to enhance my small group instruction, specifically targeting my Tier 2 and Tier 3 students who find certain math concepts, such as fraction operations, challenging.

These supplies will allow me to be more intentional in addressing the diverse needs of my students.

With additional math resources, I can provide targeted practice and hands-on activities that make abstract concepts more concrete. The integration of technology will also allow me to create a more engaging and interactive learning environment, using tools that make math both accessible and enjoyable.

Having mobile whiteboards will transform small-group instruction by allowing us to create flexible learning spaces anywhere in the building. These whiteboards enable students to engage in problem-solving and collaborative learning no matter where they are. Paired with math manipulatives like fraction tiles, students can better visualize and understand challenging concepts like fractions, making abstract ideas more tangible and accessible.

In addition to these tools, technology supplies are essential for integrating engaging digital resources into our lessons, enhancing students' learning experiences. Finally, general educator supplies such as markers and pencils will ensure that both teachers and students have the necessary tools for effective instruction and learning, fostering a smooth and well-equipped classroom environment.

By bringing these resources into our classroom, I hope to liven up our space and provide my students with the tools they need to build confidence and achieve success in math.
