This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are passionate soccer players from 9th to 12th grade who dedicate themselves to the game. Many come early to practice, stay late, and push themselves every day to improve their skills, knowing that hard work on the field builds confidence, teamwork, and resilience. With limited access to quality equipment, they’ve learned to make the most of what we have, but having professional-grade soccer balls and portable goals will bring our training to a whole new level. These resources will let them train like the athletes they aspire to be and make every practice count.
