Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The literacy tools and supplies listed for this project, 'Literacy Tools for Success,' will help my students have multi-sensory ways to demonstrate their knowledge and apply newly learned literacy skills. The markers, tablets, digital notebooks, and more will give my high school literacy students various ways to engage in communication, collaboration, and demonstration of learning. With improved reading and language comprehension, my students will have improved mental health, an improved confidence for reading, and the fortitude to tale on challenging academic tasks. Goals include improved written communication, language comprehension, Phonemic awareness and phological awareness, and ultimately, improved mental health due to improved literacy outcomes.
