My Project

The strength training equipment we’re requesting, including resistance bands and medicine balls, will significantly enhance our athletes’ learning by providing them with the tools to build strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. These items will facilitate targeted workouts, allowing students to develop their physical skills crucial for basketball while also instilling a sense of discipline and commitment to their training.

Our primary goal for this project is to ensure that our athletes are physically prepared and confident as they compete.

By incorporating strength training into their routine, we aim to improve their performance on the court and foster a culture of health and fitness within our team.

What makes our students special is their dedication and enthusiasm as they embark on this new journey as part of our school's first girls varsity basketball team. Many come from diverse backgrounds, bringing unique perspectives and talents, and they have shown remarkable resilience in adapting to this transition from an arts-focused environment to a vibrant sports community. This equipment will empower them to reach their full potential, both individually and as a team, creating a lasting legacy for future athletes at our school.
