Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach a diverse group of K-5 students in a special education classroom at a low-income school. Each of my 20-25 students brings unique strengths and challenges to our learning community. Despite the obstacles they face, they demonstrate incredible resilience and a deep love for learning.
