Help me give my students the opportunity to control their emotions and grow their growth mindset so that they are able to apply their knowledge and skills to the best of their ability and find success.

My Project

We continue to see the effects of COVID-19 and how much it affected their ability to recognize and control their emotions and build their growth mindset. In turn, this affects their ability to learn and to reach their highest potential. The requested resources directly relates to helping my students. Using the resources provided I can help my students to recognize the different emotions and address them using healthy coping strategies and growth mindset/sensory incentives. Rainbow colors are needed in my classroom to highlight the different emotions and brighten the mood to keep my students motivated to learn. I believe that instilling a love for learning will open up opportunities for all of my students. It starts with their hearts and then their minds. Growth mindset is a powerful weapon that can help anyone get through anything!
