Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The emotional disregulation that has happened post COVID has been hard to battle. Using quality literature to help kids name their difficult emotions as well as strategies to handle them, I feel we can help bridge the gap for some of these kiddos.

Morale in schools following COVID has been low and our class loves to make the staff here at school feel special and loved.

Allowing our students to give staff gifts is a lesson that sticks with them in the years to come. We like to make our staff feel appreciated many times throughout the year.

Please help me boost my classroom environment with tools and materials that will make our classroom more welcoming and warm. My students are highly motivated and I love to reward them with incentives that are enticing to them.

Having supplies for me to create different and fun activities for my kiddos also allows our classroom to be engaging and adds value to in person learning.

Please help fund our project so we can excel this year in 2nd grade as humans and as students.
