Oftentimes, students do not have enough books and supplies in class and at home.
This project is consisting of books of different lexile levels, graphic novels, printing ink, language acquisition flashcards, and classroom notebooks.
Families are often not in a position to have enough supplies for their kids. I am hoping to be able to help students with some of these burdens such as notebooks. In addition, students will use these other supplies in class to forward their learning. We have a printer in the classroom so students can print work and outlines for speeches.
In addition, I hope to further my classroom library and offer students a diverse amount of texts to peak their interests. Students have been requesting these texts. I am hoping to develop their joy for learning and reading within our classroom. There are group games that will help them engage in collaboration and joy. We will use ELL flash cards in small groups and class wide activities. Everything is so appreciated!
