Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our 5th Grade Wish List features essential teaching and classroom furniture designed to empower a classroom of 32 students. With these resources, our students will become leaders of their own learning, exceed their own expectations, and make meaningful contributions to their local community. They will share their learning with a variety of classroom visitors throughout the school year, fostering a vibrant and engaging learning environment.

The “EL Education model” empowers students to excel in three essential areas: Mastery of Knowledge and Skills, Character, and High-Quality Student Work.

Small group instruction plays a vital role in helping students master academic skills, especially in literacy and mathematics. By focusing on each student's unique learning needs, setting personalized goals, and using differentiated instruction, I can foster their success. The addition of the 8-pack of stools is a fantastic enhancement for my busy small group table, which now accommodates a total of 32 eager learners. This resource will undoubtedly support our collaborative learning environment!

As a credentialed Expeditionary Learning school, my classroom is frequented by parents, families, school district officials, as well as teachers and admin from across the nation for learning purposes.
