My Project

Physical education provides cognitive content and instruction designed to develop motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness. Students who are physically active tend to have better grades, school attendance, cognitive performance, and classroom behaviors.

Transform your body, transform your life!

In this project, I am requesting gator balls and rhythm sticks. There are so many games to play using these balls, including helping the students learn how to throw and catch.

Rhythm sticks teach kids artistic perception of rhythm in music and how to move their bodies and tap their sticks to the rhythm of a particular song. This activity is also aerobic in nature and beneficial to child health.

Physical education classes are structured and organized with team activities, preparing students for real-life team situations. They can develop their social skills with classmates, and they will likely boost their academic performance also.
