Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach kindergarten for ELL newcomer students. All of our kindergarten students are new to the country. It is a very big deal for the students, and their families, that they are going to school and have finished the school year.

The kindergarten team is wanting to put on a kindergarten graduation celebration for the students and families.

We are wanting to make it as special as possible for everyone involved.

The diplomas will be used to celebrate the student's hard work and so they will have the memory for the rest of their lives. The goody bags will be used to fill them up with all of the items being requested in this project. I am hoping this will bring much joy to the students at the end of the school year!
