The training items that we have selected will give our middle school athletes the opportunity to build strength with the heavy-weight balls and also focus on injury prevention by incorporating the assault bike into our current training routines. Riding an assault bike helps strengthen your leg muscles, specifically the quadriceps and hamstrings. The assault bike can also help improve endurance and stamina. Strong leg muscles can help prevent injuries both on and off the bike. That’s because they act as stabilizers that help support your joints and protect them from impact.
Our student athletes are hard-working and determined young ladies that put in countless hours of training to be the best they can be at their sport.
We are confident that adding these tools to our training program will have a positive impact on the future success of our sports programs.
