My Project

You will be supporting piano students in grades 6-12. Currently students in each piano class sit at a keyboard workstations. Whenever the weather is nice these kids long for sunshine, movement, and teamwork. We are asking for your help purchasing melodicas which are small portable piano instruments that sound great and are fun to play.

These instruments benefit out students in the following ways: 1) they will allow our students to practice outdoors when the weather is nice 2) they will allow us to bring our music to public spaces on campus so that our students can be seen and heard regularly by their peers and teachers 3) they will allow us to take our music out into the community and to surrounding schools as we recruit future piano majors by sharing what we love to do!
