Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I will be using the printer to print ELA and Social Studies resources. The printer will provide me with opportunity to expand students learning with various resources to support their learning style. At times I do not receive my copies form the main office in time and it makes the lesson to teach more difficult. With a printer, I will be able to print what is needed for the lesson in case of this dilemma. As for the rug, I set up an area in the classroom for the library. During ELA centers, students will be able to have an opportunity to utilize the rug while reading a book. The rug will be a more inviting asset to engage students to read a novel and even. work together. The rug will also be used for group discussions as well to promote student led discussions.

The rug and printer will complete the classroom.

As a teacher of 4th and 5th grade ELA and Social Studies, I find each and every one of my students to be amazing scholars. They desire to learn and they desire fun- using the printer would help print fun activities and the rug for fun discussions. Although the school year just started, I can proudly say my students are going to succeed tremendously.
