Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My loving, caring, responsible little first graders are from a low-income area, Penitas, Tx. Our school truly strives to find the leader in every single student. Each one of my 15 students all have the talents, and strengths to succeed but sometimes it takes exposure for things never experienced or even just positive motivation.

The students in my class strive for knowledge in every area and want to just be better at everything.

For my students, I want to be able to give them the cleanest, disinfected, safe, and healthy environment.

My Project

The sharpener allows the students to be prepared at all times by having 5 pencils in their pencil bags ready to go in case of a break in the middle of a lesson. The pencils would all be sharpened and ready to go. The binders allow the students to have quick access to their Math Drills and Problem Solving problems. This is an area where the students struggle and the more organized the students are now...the quicker we can jump into instruction. It also shows the students how to be responsible for their school items and their learning. Clorox wipes and a dusting wand allows the students to be in a clean, dust, and allergen-free environment. This decreases the number of sick students and allows for perfect attendance. Perfect attendance allows for all to receive instruction.
