My Project

Throughout my classroom, there are many different reading levels. Some of the books in our classroom library is either too hard for students while others seem to fly through a book. We have been working on choosing books that are on their specific reading levels, but with limited choices, this can become discouraging for students.

With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own level.

As we navigate through the school year, our main goal is to create effective and fluent readers. We have been working on different strategies to successfully accomplish this goal and the only way to do so is by having a variety of books throughout our classroom library. Help give these third graders a wonderful reading experience they’ll take with them through their educational career.
