My Project

We teach children with severe developmental disabilities. They require a specialized curriculum that provides visual, communication, physical, behavioral, sensory, and daily living skills support that attend to their unique needs and support them in achieving their individual learning goals.

Our students are in great need of many educational resources that will support their access to learning new foundational skills and building their independence in their learning.

Supplemental adapted resources and toys color and shape sorting sets, puzzles, fine motor activities, and time telling activities are all engaging materials to support my students in building essential and foundational learning skills and succeeding in school. Your support in obtaining these materials would be greatly appreciated and will offer our students the ability to access learning in ways they couldn't before.

Our students are an active and enthusiastic group, each with a unique desire to learn new things every day. They often surprise us with how much they are learning receptively when given the right tools, materials, and technology to help them access the content I'm teaching and help them express what they are learning!
