This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are new to the world of learning. They all come from a very needed household and community in the South Bronx. They all share an in-built desire to learn and grow, and always come into the classroom ready to absorb more knowledge.

My Project

Educating kids in a safe learning space is my goal. Nowadays kids are exposed to too many things that might prevent them from learning. One of them is the Corona Virus. Kids are in the classroom socializing with peers, touching games, materials, and tools that need to have disinfected every minute. Sometimes, I do not have what it takes to keep the equipment clean. For this and so many more reasons is why I am reaching out to you. I love my students and I want to provide them with the immune support products, such as wipes and hand soap, they need for a healthy classroom environment
