My Project

Students often need support with things like anxiety and depression. Things like a stress ball, daily affirmations to help build self confidence, and mental health journals are just a few things that can help.

Our students deserve to have not only the academic support, but, also the mental health support to ensure they can continue to thrive.

It is vital to a student’s life to be supported and guided to work on their mental health. Providing them with things that help reduce the stressors in their life is extremely important.
