My Project

Our 5th graders this year are focusing on health and wellness. Weekly, we discuss the importance of health and why it's important to be healthy, but it is difficult to maintain this vision when extremely unhealthy snacks are being devoured during lunchtime or sometimes no snacks at all. Children need to eat well, so they can be well.

Being healthy has so many benefits.

It allows you to have energy during the school day and essentially live a longer and more fruitful life (pun intended). When eating healthy, you will also feel better about yourself, because you are now able to improve your performance in your overall activities (academic and non-academic).

Thank you for supporting my children in having a longer life with options.
