My Project

Help me provide my students with an easel for learning! It will be used to store valuable resources used for whole-group instruction, such as books, manipulatives, dry-erase boards and markers, and magnetic manipulatives. The easel will be used as a place to co-create and display anchor charts, a whiteboard for teacher-led instruction, and a way to encourage student participation.

Students will benefit from the use of an easel through both whole and small-group instruction.

This easel will allow students to learn more closely and keep them engaged during lessons. Using the easel, we can read large books, co-create anchor charts, and conduct morning meetings. We can write a story together on chart paper, using the easel. We can also use it to model math skills by using magnetic manipulatives. Students are going to benefit greatly from the addition of an easel to our classroom.
