This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love to see the excitement in my students when I pull out a new book to read. Most of my students do not have books at their home and reading a book in person is different than hearing a student on YouTube. They love to hear the different voices and to really look at the pictures.

New books for my class will really encourage their reading comprehension skills.

Their ears want to hear! And I would love to help them gain those skills before they move on to the next grade.
