it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students

My objective is for my students to continue to be motivated and challenged so that they can keep boosting their own confidence and achieving success to fully develop their self-potential.
I teach a group of special education students who experience learned helplessness every day because they were told that their disability hinders their learning.
In reality, all they truly need is to rediscover the joy of learning. And once that light bulb clicks, my students can bring a positive classroom energy that continually inspires and motivates others. Our school provides such a stimulating, collaborative, and safe environment for students of various differences and abilities that students are often celebrated for their diversity and achievements. I work for a school where teachers put students first.
My Project
Our students live in a media-suffused environment. With these headphones stands, students will be able to neatly store their headphones that are often used to access an abundance of information and the ability to collaborate on a global scale. Students will also be able to take control of their learning much quicker since the headphones will have stands that are within their reach. They will be able to use FlipGrid instantly and respond to number talks and discuss how they solved a word problem. In addition, the styluses will give my students a better option rather than writing with their fingers on the tablets during math instruction. Having these styluses will allow students to practice their fine motor skills while doing more precise work in the classroom. It will also increase engagement in math because they now have a stylish and forward-thinking way to write!
Overall math instructional time is no longer wasted because students will be able to effectively create and utilize information, media, and technology with ease due to the headphone stands and styluses.
They will continue to stay informed, allowing them to be more organized, as well as changing the way our class environment looks and feels.
