Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are eager to explore the world through science. They tackle challenging questions by using their creativity and imagination and by participating in experiments and scientific activities. The hands-on approach pushes their thinking and allows them to think beyond what can be read and written; they surely love learning through experiences. They take on new challenges every time they come into the classroom, but they don't always have the best resources to aid them.

This doesn't stop them, however.

Each individual brings their unique personalities, interests, and strengths to the class to make learning possible. They are full of energy, ideas, and are very interested in learning but the right resources may just make their experience more meaningful. During class, students use these diversities to engage in great conversations and lead to new ideas and deeper understanding. Thank you.

My Project

There are always students that may forget to bring a pencil or their notebook. That has a quick fix. However, it is difficult for them when they forget to bring their headphones or earbuds. They often struggle to complete online assignments as the resources are usually in the form of audio or video.

The earbuds will help my student when they may not have a pair of their own.

As little as these may be, having an extra pair readily available will help them be well prepared at all times.
