Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom thrives on interactive learning, whether it’s listening to educational podcasts, watching videos, or engaging in online reading programs. Headphones will allow my students to fully immerse in their assignments without distractions. They’ll be used during independent reading sessions, personalized learning activities, and group projects, where each student can work at their own pace with minimal noise interference.
By providing headphones, students will have better focus, a more personalized learning experience, and the opportunity to participate fully in our tech-enhanced lessons.
In addition to enhancing focus, these headphones will also support students who require auditory learning accommodations, especially those with special needs or English language learners. With headphones, they can access learning apps, listen to educational audio content, and participate in language development exercises at a comfortable volume, without distractions. This will help bridge learning gaps and ensure that every student, regardless of their learning style or needs, has the opportunity to succeed in our classroom. The headphones will truly be a tool to create an inclusive and focused learning environment for all.
