My Project

Every Friday 20-30 kids come to my classroom for 90 minutes to play Dungeons and Dragons. They absolutely love the club and can't wait to play every week.

Dungeons and Dragons is an excellent way to teach students reading, writing, and math skills as well as developing the social emotional wellbeing of those playing.

At the time of writing this project, there are 5 separate campaigns running. Several of these are entire worlds created by the students who run them.

My students are amazing. The idea that they are coming to stay after school on a Friday to play a game that relies so heavily on Math and Reading/Writing skills is incredible. I'd like to show them that this is important by giving our club a boost in materials. This package includes a series of maps and figures that would let all of my students access the game more easily.
