My Project

The game of Dungeons and Dragons is an immersive experience that help students learn critical thinking skills, social skills, role playing and perseverance. In addition there are elements of literacy and math as well.

These materials will help make their stories come alive.

Mini figures and maps provide visual representation of the worlds they create. The books provide information on characters, monsters and environments they may experience. We'll use the rolling tool chest to store all of our materials in a way that's easy to organize and access.

Many of the students in DnD club struggle with social skills and this is one of the few times they will spend time with other students who have similar interests. It is so important to provide these opportunities for them so that they feel part of a community and not isolate themselves.
