My Project

My students are hard working, dedicated high school students and are excited to start our new basketball league. What is unique about our new basketball team is that it is a Special Olympics Unified team, which means my special education students will practice and compete on the same team as their general education peers! This is an amazing initiative as it fosters an inclusive environment and allows my special needs students opportunities to socialize and compete with their general education peers.

Please help us get team duffel bags to keep our equipment and brand new uniforms safe and clean!

I am so excited to receive our new basketball uniforms and equipment, thanks to Special Olympics, and would love to be able to give these athletes team bags to store their equipment, uniform, and belongings during practice time and game play.
