My Project
There has been a dire water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi. There are boil water alerts that have been going on it seems like every other week for many, many years. There is no end insight. The city's water infrastructure is very old and dilapidated. The water has to be boiled in order to drink, cook, bathe and care for pets. Students and their families are stressed out over this situation. I have noticed that some student hygienes are affected. The student will utilize the water in class, at lunch, and in extracurricular activities such as football, band, volleyball, cheerleading, and band.
