My Students

The Cadets at Waipahu High School are motivated and driven to achieve their goals. They are hard workers and are committed to the JROTC program, their school, and their community. They thrive on competition and teamwork, and always work to improve themselves and their team.

The Marauder JROTC Battalion Cadets are passionate about drill, and they spend countless hours working to improve their discipline, precision and teamwork to be the best.

Many of the Cadets have goals to compete at National-level competitions to display their professionalism and creativity.

My Project

Our Cadets LOVE learning how to handle a drill rifle and working with their team to create a presentable drill routine for local, and hopefully national-level competitions. Many Cadets spend every spare minute they have on campus practicing and perfecting their craft. If they could take the school-issued Alas, we are not allowed to issue the school-purchased drill rifles home to practice after school and on the weekends, they would!

These Drill Rifles can go home with the Cadets so they can practice in the evenings and on weekends!

They would be thrilled to be able to put in more practice every day, and they would be more competitive as well.

The majority of our Cadets or their families cannot afford to purchase their own drill rifles. Your support would be very helpful, and greatly appreciated!
