My Students

I work in a school with students who are unique, creative, and highly motivated. Recently, we have started to implement various mediums of technology. With that being said, technology has increased engagement among the children. Some of them even mentor the teachers on how to utilize technology that they may not be aware of. Unfortunately, most of our students are of low socio-economic status and they desperately need more technology implemented in order to be prepared for their future endeavors.

My Project

These materials will be used in order to support our Dreyfus Media team. We will use the camera, green screen, and microphones to film a weekly newscast for our school.

We will use the Media team as catalyst for our students to practice speaking, teamwork, and real life work experience.

This weekly newscast will show off our student's creativity and start preparing for future careers in the various fields of Media. Our team will consists of anchors, journalists, writers, meteorologists, and a film crew. With your help we can fulfill the dreams and aspirations of our students. Together we will succeed.
